who am i?

I am the co-owner of San Francisco’s Body Temp Yoga studio located in the Marina district.  I’ve been teaching yoga and movement classes since 2001 and have clocked in over 13,000 hours of teaching time.  I am formally trained in Bikram Yoga (I now teach a compassionate biomechanical version), Yoga Tune Up® and Foundation Training™.  I have studied and continue to study with Jill Miller, Dr. Eric Goodman, Jules Mitchell, Sarah Court and the incomparable Gil Hedley.
