Long answer.  Your practice is your own and ultimately only you can decide that for yourself.  Having said that, 3 times a week is a great start.  For some people this is enough for them to unwind the daily, weekly, and monthly accumulated stress in their lives.  Some people can’t live happily without doing 5 to 7 classes a week.  With the variety of classes we offer at Body Temp, you may find over time that you may want to practice more than 2 to 3 times a week.  Then again, a weekly Yin class maybe all you need to reset your body and mind.  Short answer.  3 to 4 times a week.  The more classes you do, we strongly suggest going for a variety of practices instead of being married to one method.  Your body, mind, and breath will thank you!
