No problem. We can have a consultation before your first class. You can give us a call or just show up and one of our staff will have a chat about you and your injury. We may strongly suggest one form of yoga over another and we’ll give you an informed reason as to why. We have modifications for every posture we teach so it won’t be a big deal if you have a knee or back or shoulder or abdomen issue.  We want the yoga to work for you. You’re not here to work for some teacher’s preconceived notion of what yoga should be because we believe that you ARE the yoga. If a posture is hurting you then we have to find some sort of modification or alternative to make the posture therapeutic.
