Foundation Training is a movement practice designed to restore the body’s natural order and put YOU at the center of your health. It teaches your body how to properly support itself and move as nature intended. It was developed by chiropractor and movement expert, Dr. Eric Goodman, to heal his chronic back pain and avoid surgery for multiple disc herniations.  This program is not a temporary remedy, but a systematic solution that creates long-term health. Foundation Training enables one to reach, achieve, and experience incredible health and wellness.

We are very excited that we were able to offer a Foundation Training Class at Body Temp Renew.  If you have challenged posture, back pain, or just want to prevent future back pain, then this is the class for you.  These classes are for everyone.  This does not mean they are easy (they are NOT!).  And it never gets easier.  But the good news is that Foundation Training gets better the more you do it, and this practice caters to everyone’s body type.

You don’t need to be super flexible, bendy or even enlightened.  You just need to show up. Foundation Training is a great compliment to any and all movement practices.  The most common feedback is that Foundation Training is the missing link in all other forms of physical exercise.  Yogi’s will notice how much more stable and strong their practice becomes.  This is a great compliment to living life pain-free with more stability.
