INFERNO HOT PILATES
Inferno Hot Pilates is high intensity interval training focusing on working all parts of the body with an emphasis on activating the core and glutes. It’s low impact so safe on the joints but high intensity to give you a high caloric burn / workout. Come trim and tone your body in a fun, safe way!
HOT PILATES CORE & MORE
Hot Pilates Core & More is an integrated core class which combines classical Pilates mat principles into a series of intervals, targeting the whole body to strengthen and build long, lean muscles and increase flexibility. Hot Pilates Core & More focuses on strength-based rotational movements through the pelvis and core to help relieve back pain, and will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible and energized! We incorporate to use of Magic Rings, Corgeous Balls, Discs and light weights to better target the core or your core.
These classes are all levels. The room is heated with infrared heat to 95 degrees to help warm the muscles and improve circulation. Come and create a stronger core, from the floor (this class is performed on the mat, thus zero impact on the joints!).
