Have even more fun flowing through this very challenging yoga class while you sweat and tone your body with the added resistance of weights. This class incorporates the perfect balance of flow, strength, and core work. Each class is sequenced to work the entire body from head to toe, from the inside out.
Please note that this class is NOT for everyone. If you have shoulder, wrist, back or hip injuries we highly recommend you do not do this class.
