Who is the heat for and what are the benefits?
We at Body Temp readily acknowledge that a hot movement practice is NOT for everyone. WE all have our own individual likes, desires and needs. For some folks, the heat is beneficial and for others it is absolutely detrimental. You can always contact Body Temp’s Movement Advisors Chadd and Heather for help in figuring out if heat is a good fit for you or not.
Heat relaxes the muscles, providing temporary pain relief to the joints of the body. This can be good for chronic back and neck joint pain.
Heat is an added positive stressor and for some people can be the physical and mental challenge they need to better fortify their body and mind.
Heat elevates the heart rate and can increase blood and lymph circulation throughout the body.
