STRETCH, ROLL & RELEASE
An “outside-the-box” flexibility/mobility training and recovery class that uses active resistance stretching along with Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Massage Ball rolling techniques. Your muscles and joints will feel buzzed after this class as if they’ve been “released” from a prison of tightness, weakness and pain.
SR&R Classes are classified into 2 main categories:
- SR&R: SHOULDERS
- SR&R: HIPS
