You will eventually catch up to everyone else.

4 Reasons Why Our Power Series is Good For You
Heat is a vasodilator which opens up blood vessels to allow for improved flow of blood. This helps improve your heart and lungs. The flow of class keeps your heart elevated improving your heart and lungs.
The flow of the yoga makes your joints move in ways you don't normally move. This improves mobility while giving your nervous system and muscles a much needed challenge.
Taking on the challenge in a room full of like-minded people creates a strong sense of community and belonging. The sense of "we are all in this together" connects everyone in the room.
