Hot Power Yoga is a vinyasa style yoga practice that incorporates a challenging flow with mindful movement.


Hot Sculpt Yoga with Weights is Hot Power Yoga but with weights. Elevating a workout through yoga.


Both practices can challenge your stamina and endurance.

If you are new to the Power Series...

Don't try to keep up with everyone else. 

Go at your own pace.

You will eventually catch up to everyone else.

It takes time to get used to moving in the heat.
