4 Reasons Why The Hot 26 Is A Great Practice
Heat is a vasodilator which opens up blood vessels to allow for improved flow of blood. This helps improve your heart and lungs.
Balance & Coordination are key to health, longevity & performance. A non-flow practice gives you more time to be in the poses.
The heat and the isometric holding of the poses work together to reduce those pesky aches & pains from our daily activities.
