The Workout Series

Hot Pilates is a Pilates mat class that tones and strengthens your core muscles.  Abs, Glutes and Back get the focus they deserve.


Hot HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training.  Short strong bursts of intense exercise punctuated with intermittent rest periods.


Both practices can challenge your stamina and endurance.

If you are new to the Workout Series...

Don't try to keep up with everyone else. 

Go at your own pace.

You will eventually catch up to everyone else.

It takes time to get used to moving in the heat.
